Building the Future with Responsibility
As PEKEL, in every project we execute, we consider not only today's needs but also the living spaces of future generations. Our sustainability approach is built upon the principles of environmental responsibility, resource efficiency, and low carbon emissions.
While planning our projects, the protection of natural resources, energy efficiency, and the reduction of environmental impacts are among our fundamental priorities. Through this approach, we aim to develop projects that are both respectful of nature and generate value in the long term.
We Support Environmentally Friendly Projects
As PEKEL, we do not only construct buildings; while planning our projects, we adopt the principles of minimum intervention in the natural environment, sustainable infrastructure solutions, and energy-efficient building design, thereby contributing to the development of nature-friendly projects.
Selecting Eco-Friendly Products and Supporting Eco-Friendly Projects
We adopt a nature-sensitive approach by preferring sustainable, recyclable materials with low environmental impact. At the same time, by supporting eco-friendly projects, we become part of investments that provide long-term ecological benefits.
Implementing Energy Consumption Policies in Offices and Sites
We reduce unnecessary energy use by developing policies aimed at increasing energy efficiency. Through efficient equipment use and conscious consumption habits, we both lower costs and minimize our carbon footprint.
Implementing Effective Recycling Plans in Offices and Sites
We increase the recycling rate by managing waste processes in a planned manner. Through the separation of paper, plastic, and other recyclable materials, we reduce our impact on the environment.
Reduction of Water Consumption
To protect water resources, we keep consumption under control and apply efficient use methods. In this way, we both contribute to the sustainability of natural resources and prevent unnecessary water waste.
Using Reusable Cups, Bottles, and Packaging in the Office
We reduce waste generation by preferring reusable alternatives instead of single-use products. This approach supports the spread of sustainable habits in daily office life.
Using Materials Correctly to Extend Their Lifespan
We extend the lifespan of used equipment and materials through their correct and conscious use. In this way, we both reduce resource consumption and support the concept of sustainable production.
Our Continuous Improvement Approach
PEKEL adopts as a fundamental principle in all its projects to correctly understand customer expectations, develop solutions compliant with technical requirements, and continuously improve service quality.
At every stage of our projects, we aim to ensure the continuity of our quality standards through correct material selection, appropriate application methods, effective site control, and regular reporting processes. By acting in compliance with the work schedule, technical specifications, and project requirements, we attach importance to producing timely, reliable, and sustainable results.

In our project and site works, we attach importance to the efficient management of energy, water, fuel, and raw material usage. We aim to separate wastes that may occur during applications according to their types, support the reuse or recycling of possible materials, and take measures to prevent environmental pollution.

Bonds of the Heart;
PEKEL’s Lasting Bond with Nature
As PEKEL, we see sustainability not only as a technical approach applied in our projects, but also as a responsibility we bear towards nature, society, and the future. In line with this understanding, brought to life in 2023 Bonds of the Heart project has emerged as a meaningful corporate social responsibility initiative where our sustainability vision meets agriculture and natural life.
Gönül Bağları has been designed as a vineyard project that encourages production in harmony with nature and supports the sustainable agriculture approach. With this project, we aimed not only to gain a production area for the soil, but also to represent an approach that respects the cycle of nature, prioritizes environmental responsibility, and creates value for future generations.
Protecting the fertility of the soil, supporting the sustainable use of natural resources, and strengthening environmental awareness, this project is an important step in PEKEL’s sustainability journey. Gönül Bağları continues to grow as a reflection of the strong bond we establish with nature and our sense of responsibility towards the future.
As PEKEL, we believe that a sustainable future is possible not only with constructed structures, but also with projects that add value to nature. Gönül Bağları, as a concrete expression of this vision, represents our determination to build a future in harmony with nature.
